Marlborough celebrating Armistice with present worthy citizens of note, seems to have forgotten their longest actual serving 97 year old Lt Col. Harry Beckhough who enlisted in ranks 1940, commissioned in local RA Larkhill then taken over by Bletchley Park as Code-Breaker; then serving with 8th Army in Egyptian Desert Campaign breaking Rommel’s cipher messages, helping Gen Montgomery until Alamein victory; then serving India/Burma as OC Bletchley Unit outside Calcutta until end 1945; then serving 4 years to 1950 in Germany Now still serving Int. Corps locally, but,as oldest serving member, not invited to celebrations with modern worthies; just another ancient forgotten relic, still quietly giving voluntary service to elderly, Party and charities

Lt Col Beckworth, may have played a minor part at Bletchley Park, with certainty the major part played besides Polish Intelligence, is Alan Turin, and his central contribution in cracking the Enigma Machine, of German Intelligence, whom much to Britain’s disgrace and cultural myopia, had suffered the onslaught of British Establishment wrath, for his personal preference and paid highly for this, as noted the British Establishment sucking up to Stalin’s political domination, cowered before this tyrant and excluded the Poles, and the great contribution made by these heroes of the air, had them excluded from the march in London, on this momentous occasion celebrating the Victory of Allied Forces.

At it again, dw? Your run-on stream-of-semi-consciousness sentences are just verbal onanism, you know.
