This has to be a mistake. Surely the BBC meant to call the programme:
‘Panorama: Britain’s Secret Militant Force’
or
‘Panorama: Britain’s Secret Dissident Force’
Panorama: Britain’s Secret Terror Force

‘If’ this program is about, “The Dept”, then its not that new. The British Army have used these tactics before. Just look up General Kitson and the Mau Mau in Kenya to know more.
